Dear Co-Petitioners,

I would like to apologise to those who signed up on sign up sheets.  We have used the Rights of the Faithful under Canon law 212 paragraph 2 and 3 and the call of Pope Francis, Bishop Long and Archbishop Fisher to allow the laity to speak up and be heard, to have 3 petition updates placed 1. outside the Cathedral door of St Patrick's Parramatta, 2  pinned on the bulletin board and 3. on the foyer side table.

Unfortunately,  Father Chris and Father Peter Williams stubbornly took all down and refused to allow it.  I have copied the bishop, vicars, curia and nuncio about this violation of canon law.

or send an email to LaityAdvocacyGroup@gmail.com to subscribe to updates on the transparency, accountability and synodality matter.

We are asking for the following:

 1. Access to the Cathedral financial reports including the internal and external audit reports from 2012 to 2019;

2. The KPMG report which cost over $25,000;

3. Public dialogue with Bishop Long and the laity.

4. To allow an audit and investigation allowing us to appoint 2 of our representatives.

5. Copy of the 27 May 2020 of Your Grace's correspondence to Fr Bob.

Why is it not being granted?  Where is our donation going to?
