There are several reasons why cars should not be allowed in greenspaces, including:  

Pollution: Cars produce harmful byproducts like nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, benzene, and formaldehyde. These pollutants can infiltrate parks, even on days without cars.  

Noise: The sounds of cars can be heard over a mile from park roads, which can impact wildlife.  

Space: Cars and related roads and parking spaces take up a large amount of space in cities that could be used for other purposes like parks and trees.  

Cars are one of the biggest contributors to the environmental crisis.
