Petition to the International Community and Institutions on the urgent need to rescue Nnamdi Kanu from state terrorist Captivity.

To: The International Criminal Court (ICC), United Nations Human Rights Council, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and other pertinent international organizations.

**Subject: Urgent Call for Action: Rescue Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Support the IPOB Movement Against State Terrorism in Nigeria

To the Esteemed Members of the International Community and Global Institutions,

We, the undersigned, approach you with an intense sense of urgency and a profound commitment to justice, equity, and fairness. We urgently seek your immediate intervention in the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the courageous leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). He is currently enduring severe human rights violations and state terrorism at the hands of the Nigerian government.

**Background:

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been an unwavering advocate for the rights and self-determination of the Biafran people. His peaceful activism has been met with state terrorism, brutal repression, unlawful detention, and inhumane treatment. The Nigerian government's actions not only violate international human rights laws but also threaten the principles of democracy and justice that we all hold dear.

Furthermore, the historical context of the Nigerian Civil War (1967-1970), often referred to as the Biafran Genocide, remains a painful memory for the Biafran people. During this conflict, over three million Biafrans lost their lives due to starvation, violence, and systematic atrocities. The scars of this genocide continue to affect the Biafran community, making the current persecution of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB even more egregious.

**Our Appeal:

We call upon all lovers of freedom, and upholders of justice, equity, and fairness to join us in this critical movement. We urge the international community, including the United Nations, the African Union, the European Union, and other global bodies, to:

1. **Demand the Immediate Release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu: Pressure the Nigerian government to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally and ensure his safety and well-being.

2. **Investigate Human Rights Violations: Conduct an independent investigation into the human rights abuses committed against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB Family members.

3. **Support the Right to Self-Determination: Recognize and support the legitimate aspirations of the Biafran people for self-determination and autonomy.

4. **Impose Sanctions: Consider imposing targeted sanctions on Nigerian officials responsible for these human rights violations.

**Call to Action:

We urge all individuals and organizations who believe in justice and human rights to support this petition by:

i. **Signing and Sharing: Sign this petition and share it widely across all platforms to ensure it reaches every corner of the globe.

ii. **Raising Awareness: Use social media, traditional media, and other channels to raise awareness about the plight of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB.

iii. **Financial Support: Contribute financially to support this petition and the legal and advocacy efforts aimed at securing justice for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB.

Let us make this petition the fastest-growing and most-signed petition in history. Together, we can send a powerful message that the world stands united against injustice and state terrorism.

**Conclusion:

The time to act is now. Let us raise the flag of justice and wield the weapons of truth and solidarity. Stand with us in this fight for freedom, justice, and human dignity. By uniting our voices and efforts, we can ensure that justice prevails and that the rights of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the IPOB are upheld. Thank you for your support and commitment to this noble cause.

Sincerely,
