Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for signing our petition! Your support means the world to us.

Unfortunately, the situation is escalating. The Warren County Board of Supervisors and the Warren County Library Board have now agreed to begin contract negotiations with Library Systems & Services (LS&S) - a private, ethically bankrupted for-profit library management company. Even more concerning, the Board has threatened to seize library assets and unilaterally terminate the lease for the library building.

We are mobilizing in response and preparing to act through appropriate avenues. The more signatures we gather and donations we receive, the stronger our collective voice becomes — and the greater our chances of preventing this hostile takeover.

Can you take one more step?
Please share the petition https://www.fightforthefirst.org/petitions/stop-attacking-samuels-public-library and the GoFundMe campaign https://www.gofundme.com/f/LDN-SamuelsPublicLibrary with your friends, family, and on social media. A single post could help us reach hundreds more people who care about free and independent public libraries.

Together, we can protect Samuels Public Library.
Thank you again for standing with us.

With gratitude,
