Bobbie’s application for commutation has been filed with Pennsylvania’s Board of Pardons.

We are bringing to light the staggering failures of his original trial: that Bobbie, a Black man, was tried by an all-white jury; that his defense attorney failed to call the key eyewitness who was physically inside the car during the assault; and that a history of direct harassment existed prior to the incident.
