As part of our ongoing efforts to advocate for responsible and forward-looking planning in our neighborhood, we are preparing a formal submission to City Hall addressing the broader urban planning and zoning implications of the proposed institutional shelter at 2204–2212 Eglinton Avenue West and 601 Caledonia Road.

This submission will emphasize the need for thoughtful land use, proper density planning, and alignment with provincial growth targets for transit-oriented development areas.

We’re also proud to share that we have formally registered the Caledonia Fairbanks Residents Association, created to represent local residents and businesses in planning matters and to advocate for long-term community improvements.

We appreciate your support and will continue to keep you informed as we move forward.

Enjoy the long Weekend and Happy Canada Day!
