Hello Supporters, We knew this would happen. We told all five Republicans on the House Agriculture Subcommittee: Bobby Orrock, Barry Knight, Charles Poindexter, James (Will) Morefield, and Robert Bloxom, that this was going to happen - again, and again, and again. We knew as soon as the heat of summer began, we would be getting (and hearing) reports of more dogs suffering and dying at the hands of uncaring owners. We needed a law. We told them how important it was to have something on the books with actual temperature regulations. They disagreed. They disagreed because they didn't consider it inhumane or cruel to leave a dog outside until it burns from the inside out. And, here's the result. Thank you, Orrock. Thank you, Poindexter. Thank you, Morefield. Thank you, Bloxom. Thank you, Knight. Our plan for 2019 is moving forward, rapidly. Gary
