This 2x murderer is wanting his freedom again, just over a month after being denied on his appeal for a unescorted temporary absences that he was also denied for. He is persistent in abusing the judicial system, empowering himself by way of using the now in place judicial system to inflect mental and emotional abuse as well as harass the victims.
