Once again, Oxford Scientists are involved in advising government on the badger cull. Professor Charles Godfray of Oxford University, has been reappointed to examine bTB science—despite his long history of backing badger culling. We believe he continues to defend the  flawed findings of the Oxford Randomised Badger Cull Trial that he helped design and conduct. It doesn't seem right for Oxford University to "mark it's own homework".  The panel chosen by DEFRA is biased toward culling and we fear the latest evidence that it is cruel and ineffective will be once again ignored.
