📈 Peak doesn’t always mean ovulation.
Even when your ovulation test shows a peak, it doesn’t guarantee that your body has actually released an egg.
For those of us with PCOS, tracking ovulation is a rollercoaster.
You can get a peak result and still not release an egg.
The only way to truly confirm ovulation is through a progesterone blood test—and even that’s often overlooked or inaccessible.
💔 It’s exhausting.
💔 It’s confusing.
💔 And it’s one more reason why BMI-based IVF restrictions are so harmful.
People with PCOS already face enough barriers.
We deserve fertility care that understands our bodies—not policies that punish them.
