Every Thursday night a small dedicated bunch of passionate social workers, parents, teachers, survivors, filmmakers, interviewers, media liaison and nurses meet online with an increasingly tighter agenda aiming to improve the lives of children, their families, parents, carers who've been touched by child protection.

That small group is the Child Protection Party committee.

This petition is one small step.

Everyone in that meeting has experienced emotional destitution and is incredibly passionate and driven. Everyone wants a better outcome for children, their families and carers. 

The Child Protection Party wants to give you hope and wants to change the law so that is fairer, accountable and as transparent and as hopeful as it can be.

Parents in child protection are starved of the oxygen of publicity by almost synonymous state laws that prohibit around 130,000 Australian parents from telling their story.  

Don't loose hope! When hopelessness prevails, there is nothing but despair and sadness. 

This petition has picked up momentum and so are the protests. In fact it has doubled in the last week!!

I am now writing to politicians to ask that this petition be tabled in parliament.

We will get there!!
