Petition updateMandatory Registration of Child Protection Workers NationwideChild Procrastination Services

No matter what access parents have with their children in out of home orders Child Protection Services are able to stop access if there is suspicion of abuse or neglect.

Sounds reasonable when there’s a problem. Very unreasonable when there’s not.

Parents can wait years for issues to be settled in court.

Whether proven or delayed the effect is the same. CPS use the courts to delay, delay, delay.

All orders end when a child turns 18.
