I’m tired and sad hearing about yet another unfair case at the hands of unregistered Child Protection Workers.

Despite our beat efforts unfair treatment at the hands of Child Protection Workers never makes the news.

Did you know it only takes a few complaints to Child Protection Services for you to have your children removed from your care.

It makes sense that child abuse or neglect should be stopped before it occurs. No one disputes that!

Unfortunately this happens far too often under dubious circumstances. It happened to us and I’m an early childhood teacher!

The Department of Education asks me to teach children. The Child Protection Department says I’m not good enough to be a parent. 

Go figure??

We need better funded Child Protection Services that are transparent and publicly accountable.

The first step is to have compulsory registration for every profession that has any duty of care for a child
