Since this petition Oscar's sentence by judge Masipa has been overruled by the SCA.

Injustice has once again be served on the broken back of this young man. Oscar has been granted bail on this " new" unjust verdict by a lynch mob called the SCA. CH was overturned by the SCA based on "fact" instead of "law". This is unprecedented and against the law of South Africa! Please support this young man as he takes this injustice to the Constitutional Court!
