Petition amended to include preservation of channel request

Due to an overwhelming amount of requests, I have amended the petition to include the following request:

3. We ask that you please do not take down Uruha Rushia's channel or content. Rushia has been an integral part of Hololive's history for over 2 years. She has helped bring the company and the world of VTubers to the state where many of us, myself included, can enjoy content created by creators big and small. Her contribution to the industry, to the company, and to her fans is critical for preservation if the talent behind the virtual avatar will not be remaining with the company.
