I am not a protester.. just someone who cares deeply about the care of animals. There is a protest planned near the shelter to demonstrate to the public as to what is really happening.
They have planned an adoption day (which is something they should be doing all the time ( at the shelter) and allowing the public to mingle through the cages to pick their new pet.
Howver, what you will find is that a few pre planned dogs have been picked to parade in a small area for you to look at.
What about the ones not on show? How will they get a home? If you go there, please ask to see those not on show!
We have no plans to stop the adoption, or get in the way, completely the opposite! We want every animal adopted and will do what we can to help,
The public needs to be aware of what the truth about what really is happening. Please don’t be deceived as the supervisors do not seem to care ( Although Foley at least is trying) Good for her!!
Please come down yourself, see how easy it is to adopt. Don’t take my word or theirs. See yourself!
