"Justice" was bound with electrical tape around his muzzle, neck, and paws and left in a field to die outside the Canadian Tire in Windsor, Ontario. Michael Earl Hill of Amherstberg, Ontario, has been charged with animal cruelty. We are petitioning the Crown Attorney to proceed with the charge as an indictable offence and, IF convicted, to advocate for the maximum sentence for Michael Hill, including a lifetime ban on being around animals and the requirement that he cover the expenses of the Windsor/Essex County Humane Society.
