The best and only effective way to ensure a better municipal government that is caring, well governed and resilient is to make sure that the governing party does not receive more than 50% of the votes in the upcoming municipal elections, and to ensure that a strong opposition party or new governing party with a record of good governance are elected, namely the DA.
