Firstly, thank you to everyone that has already signed and encouraged others to sign this petition.
There have been a few persons suggesting that this petition is defamatory. It is true that this petition is likely to have an impact on the reputation of Mr Henry Inat, however for that to qualify as defamation, the information needs to be UNTRUE.
To help those who might think there is no background substance to this petition I have chosen to disclose a number of the publicly available articles that I used to support my concern over Mr Inat and his leadership team within Town of Gawler council.
This was witnessed by myself in a meeting with one of their Exec team and HR member, and also by CEO Inat direclty when he who chose to state "hope to see you back at work soon" in what can only be described as an accusatory tone after an employee requested unpaid leave after losing their home in the Cudlee Creek bushfires.
So here are some articles for you to view and decide whether or not there appears to be reason to suggest the allegations coming in anonymously at this stage have any validity and weight. Remember, past behaviours often indicate ongoing issues.
