Thank you all for the ongoing support! Six days ago we started this petition and we're already at 100 supporters! Let continue to strive for more. The goal I would like to meet for this petition is at least 1000 signed supporters by the end of next month. We'll be going out in the public looking for more supporters, contacting non profit organizations, schools and whatever else we have to do to make this change.
Thank you all again. Without every last one of you, we could never reach these goals. Myself and a small team down here in Florida have banded together to go out into the public and speak to anyone willing to listen about these concerns. As well as that, I myself will be reaching out to the Australian Wildlife Conservancy, a non profit organization, for help. But for now, I just want to thank each and every last one of you for all of the support. It's been crazy the amount of support so far, we're going to keep this train rolling and we're going to get these nets out of the waters once and for all!
One last thing, I'd like to send a personal shout out to SciAll.org for showing their support and signing this petition! SciAll.org is a registered 501 non-profit organization that provides to a diverse public audience a ‘behind-the-scenes’ look at the process of science, including its motivations and the opportunities it offers to individuals and humankind. They have videos, TED talks, vlogs and all sorts of information over on their website and Youtube channel, I'd recommend checking them out.
Thank you all again for all of the support. Let's make this difference! If anyone would like to read the "NSW North Coast Shark-Meshing Trial Final Report" for these nets I will leave a link down bellow! It's a 62 page report with a lot of important information.
