It is easy: Go to the upcoming City Council meeting 03.09.21 6PM

Just click on the e comment button. It will take you to the agenda items of this meeting. Go to the second page under I.1) Costco Fuel Facility, - you will find a comment button on the lower right side you can click onto.

Let the City Council members know that approving the Gas Station is a bad idea.

Your comment can be short a couple of sentence or more is enough.
