Two (2) years ago you joined us in adding your voice to a conversation Colin Kaepernick began about social justice, and speaking truth to power in America. By signing this petition to boycott the NFL until Kaepernick was signed, you demonstrated a willingness to put purpose over entertainment, without selfish motive or personal gain, but rather for a cause greater than yourself.
While change can feel slow, please know it is coming. Colin, as well as many other high profile athletes, have embraced their platforms to highlight social injustices in America. They have proved that winning is not antithetical to action.
Most importantly, their actions have also inspired others to rethink how professional sports operate: i.e, owner / player relations, and a revenue structure that keeps the wealth within a select few (the owners). This gives them all the power, and this power was very instrumental in keeping Kaepernick off the field.
Because you advocated for change from the NFL, we believe that you will be inspired by a new movement: The Freedom Football League (FFL).

In a league owned by fans and players together, the Freedom Football League profoundly and boldly replaces the exploitative power dynamic between owners and players, and revolutionizes the relationship between fans and the teams they root for.
