If the four Police Officers could not intake new information being repeatedly stated by several witnesses as to the changing health status of a restrained George Floyd, then they were in a pre-mediated state of mind.

If the Police Officers were frozen in a pre-meditated state of mind, then they can be charged with pre-mediated murder. Otherwise, the act of putting a uniform on absolves a police officer of ever acting in a pre-meditated state of mind.

Nobody should be able to put on a uniform of any kind and immediately be given special privilege that excludes them of Murder-1 because of the uniform they wear.
