Tories fail to defend Ross Community Hospital

In December the Town Council voted unanimously to respond to NHS plans for Herefordshire. These include the possibility of Ross Hospital becoming bedless. Now the Tories have blocked making any response at all! Liberal Democrat councillors argued a response should have been spent. See Page 46 of the plan and make up your own mind. (link below).
