A legal fiction is where the law presumes something even though they know it is not true .
But a legal fiction could be that both partners contribute equally to the relationship and are worth the same .
I have now found my lawyer was not working for me with holding information and trying to do deals behind my back .
Basically he was just holding my hand and walking me through the legal system but charging ridiculous rates .
I am now representing myself .
In the course of going through this situation.
I have now been threatened five times with a protection order by the other party .
Any time I share feelings or emotions or not removing the last update I am threatened.
Thank you to all that have supported this so far .
But you all need to share so it can get enough support to get the law changed or amended.
