Together with support from Frances Ibbott, Principal at Montmorency Secondary College, who raised concerns of all local schools with our local Members of Parliament Vicki Ward MP and Colin Brooks MP - they prepared a budget submission and now, the Minister for Roads & Road Safety, Melissa Horne, has guaranteed funding to install pedestrian activated lights on Diamond Creek Rd.
To Louise Juracich and Kass & Steve Smith - a safer option for our kids to get to school, parks, sports facilities and the library is all thanks to your willing support in a time of trauma and the strong supporters of your families in our local community.
Take care on the roads everyone!
