You clearly stated that "Blade & Soul will not be restricting regional play, so you will be able to enjoy your Founder’s Pack benefits on either region you choose to play on, North America and Europe.".

This is why many of BnS players from CIS countries bought Founder packs. 

However later you announced that

"NCSOFT has established a partnership with Innova to bring a Russian language version of Blade & Soul to the countries of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

Innova will be providing all game service to players in these countries, and as such, access to the European and North American servers will not be available for players in the countries listed above, and the Russian language servers will similarly not be available to players from Europe or North America."

thus contradicting your own words.

We think that the we are the only ones who can choose which region we would like to play at. IP blocking won't help Innova to get more players as its well known company with bad reputation.

We ask you to change your desicion and allow people to play on EU/NA servers.

We have been waiting for this game for so long and now you are ruining our expectations. We were "excited to see Blade & Soul offered in each region with the best server locations, latency, gameplay experience, and level of support possible" but currently not even one word in this sentence is true.

Please show us that there still exists a company that can listen to their customers.
