I have a Cuh-ray-zeh idea so crazy it just might work! Since NBCUniversal doesn't listen to our petitions, EMails, and letters (I started this petition because Universal Kids airs NOTHING but Masha and the Bear as well as a bit of Mighty Mike, Trolls: The Beat Goes On, Remy and Boo, and nothing else), I have an idea. Why not hold a telethon to bring back Sprout (turn Universal Kids back into Sprout and take all the modern-day shows off the air)? Besides Facebooking and Tweeting, emailing and contacting, writing, and calling NBCU, a telethon might work as well. It might get many people to bring back Sprout.
The Save Sprout Telethon
In this telethon petition supershow, your host Madeline "Maddie" Fretz, Sprout historian, and the owner of the "Parents and Kids Share Together" blog and PBS Kids Sprout TV Wiki, mingles with Sprout talent and executives from over the years, talks about Sprout's history, and tries to convince NBCUniversal to rebrand Universal Kids back as Sprout and take all the modern shows (i.e. Masha and the Bear) off the air. It's a tribute to a 24-hour preschool channel parents and kids share together.
