Ahmaud Was Chased And Recorded At Least 4 Minutes

How can this man claim he is innocent yet he chased and recorded Ahmaud on 2/23/2020 for at least 4 minutes before his death. Never attempted to help or control the situation,or seem surprised about what was about to happen. This man definitely should face charges
