I've attached a link to an article that gives in depth details in regards to Andy's battle with The Town of Monroe. From their first attempt to terminate his job, stating he was in violation of contract regarding the timeliness of Doctor's notes. He has since been exonerated of violating any sections of the contract in regards to providing Doctor's notes in a timely manner. No one wanted to pursue this in the courts. Andy just wants to go back to work. After waiting since March there was little recourse left. This town is an embarrassment to all. And if Chief Salvatore thinks he's going to continue using MY tax dollars to persecute yet another police officer (My own brother this time) without ramifications he is sadly mistaken. It is beyond time for an investigation into his 'professional actions'. I thank you all, again. Your support is truly making a difference.
