On this Eve of the Eve of Christmas, on behalf of "The Horses" who cannot speak for themselves, CCABLAC sincerely thanks YOU for your financial support of all the CCABLAC (Citizens Campaign Against "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty) efforts to end Animal Cruelty to Tennessee Walking Horses in 2017. This BillyGoBoy.Com Article is a testament to the money that YOU have put into this cause. It includes the historic Seay V. Rowland, Et Al, First Amendment lawsuit filed in the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee in Nashville, TN. in August 2016. The suit was filed against a good ole boy named Sheriff Bucky Rowland who allegedly conspired and colluded with a "Big Lick" Show Manager and a "Big Lick" Videographer/Propagandist to stop the BillyGoBoy.Com website publication from making and obtaining videos of "Big Lick" Tennessee Walking Horses being exhibited, and then putting the videos on the internet for the World to see. This "Here's What 'Soring' Does To Horses" has been viewed almost FIFTEEN MILLION (15,000,000) times. https://www.facebook.com/DodoImpact/videos/1602145449802542/ The Seay v. Rowland, Et Al case is far from over. There will be approximately 20 Depositions conducted in January, additional Motions, and then it will be set to go to trial in July 2018. ANY contribution YOU can make to assist in the efforts of CCABLAC to end the Animal Cruelty to Tennessee Walking Horses ("Big Lick") is genuinely appreciated.
