People are not comming in on their own in numbers. Court ordered are largest numbers. We need our own treatment modality or modalities. Funding to develop our own theory for treatment , force retirements on double dippers triple dippers in all levels to stimulate employment, open a tradeschool, revamp the current ethics boards in state level ( to rid unethical employees, and school administrators and teachers), hire new managers in areas where there is failing, utilize elders and rehabilitated x-convicts who are true to rehabilitation and want to go out and help do outreach, unify faith groups, and set term limits on poluticians in all levels, transparency of funding quartly, use traditional healing methods. How can people in public office or state agencies begin to understand how to treat these young addicts using their stratigies from the 60's 70's 80's, many in these positions are having g to be wheeled in and out of meetings. While other countries are using their children for soliders, illegally using brainwashing and other inhumane training, we stand by and allow our youth to kill each other off and die from od and substance abuse. Those children being trained in other countries are egar to come to america, and surly many are already here to spread their hate. We must be prepared with our youth with regard to them recognizing threats from other youth and have them train us for a change on how they think communicate and operate. Much of what is being used to treat substance abuse and crime is not proveing positive results. We.must sober up our people, all people, especially those running agencies gov and schools. Sobering up people does not only apply to substance, but to greed, unethical behaviors and many other ills that are hampering progress. Please unite and pray , we are lacking spirituality in all levels, proper spirituality where all faith groups get along on one common goal.
