We have over 130,000 signatures if we combine this petition with the Petition Site.  We need an Independent office of Animal Welfare - something is everyone wrong in Australia -  current laws DO NOT protect animals - millions are suffering a life of misery with NO SHADE SHELTER.   Please help our Farm Animals.
