Cattle feel heat stress after 27 degrees.  Many days are over 45 degrees in Australia.  With no shade/shelter any suffering is only magnified when denied access to proper shade/shelter.  Please help to change laws to make this basic right to shade/shade mandatory and enforceable. please follow Animals Need Shade Facebook page
