Thank you to all who have supported Marcellus Williams over these many years. This coming August will have been three years since a board of inquiry met to discuss his case, halting his then scheduled execution. Marcellus still resides in prison despite his innocence.

We appreciate all who have aided him, spoken out for him, and who continue to share this petition seeking Marcellus's freedom. Because you have supported Marcellus we ask that you also take time to sign and share our petition for another person on Missouri's death row, Ernest Johnson.

Ernest is a man who has an intellectual disability. Under Atkins v Virginia, he is constitutionally protected from execution, however, the state of Missouri intends to execute him on October 5th, 2021. Please sign and share Ernest's petition below to stop this unconstitutional execution.
