The group has created a survey to capture the impressions of their partners and citizens to make a historical document. Kingston, NY - KingstonCitizens.org is working on a timeline about the Niagara Bottling Project and wants to hear from the public. On February 13, 2015, Niagara withdrew its plans to occupy the proposed site in the Town of Ulster. The proposed project would have included the purchase of 1.75 million gallons of water from the Kingston Water Department from our reservoir (Cooper Lake) located in the Town of Woodstock. The group wishes to document citizens' impressions of the events that occurred over the past six months. The group is working to create a historical document that can offer insight, information and inspiration to other communities facing similar concerns that this proposal has brought to light.
