Court Case Update: Sacha Bingham London, United Kingdom 29 Jan 2015 — Hello All, Harry sadly remains in confinement until the 8th May 2015. Another 15 weeks. The case today was to determine the plea - which was of course 'Not Guilty'. Our request to move to Crown Court for Jury decision was denied on the basis the case did not require it. Harry's owner requested visit privileges to see his dog and was informed he would have to approach the Police to arrange this. At present we remain very concerned for Harry's psychological welfare as he remains in confinement.
