Following court case earlier today we have been advised of a new development: that the metropolitan police are now pushing to have Harry destroyed. The court case has been adjourned again until the 13th August 2015 so Harry will have been kept in an unknown kennel for 8 months since taken from his owner whilst out walking. To date Harry has been assessed by a police warden and the report details Harry displays Pitbull characteristics and is of a good nature. The latest development is based it seems, entirely on his breed. This is a massive blow to all concerned and raises important questions as to the ineffective administration. We are asking EVERYBODY to politely email their local MP or Councillor (siting the Get Harry Home FB page) and request their support in returning this friendly dog back home. We also ask you to complete the Metropolitan Police Complaints form, marking for the attention of: Islington Detective Chief Supt, politely requesting Harry's return home and the affect this case is having on local community and Harry's owner.
