We have recently reviewed the City’s REAL plan for the development of Armstrong Park, where Municipal Auditorium and Congo Square exists. It is more aggressive than imagined and if implemented will surely destroy what is left of Treme, adversely impact the French Quarters and reduce a place of cultural retention to a memory.
