My original idea of changing a major street after long consideration made less sense to me as time drew on, but over the past few months some things have occurred that have made this location circled on the 1882 photo of Niagara Falls make so much more sense.

Obviously, the building in the lower left hand side of the picture is the old Schoellkopf Power Station... but that street leading to it is labeled "Oak" after going down there because I don't remember seeing an "Oak" st. turns out it is labeled "Walnut ext" and is the original street to the former plant.

With the announcement of the 4 almost 5 million dollar investment proposed by the Aquarium of Niagara, I believe this to be the perfect location with actual attachment to Mr.Tesla.
