So, the petition was turned into the City of Martinsburg on Thursday, June 9, 2016. The only media to report it was WEPM Radio in Martinsburg, WV. The City of Martinsburg and Councilman Kevin Knowles who was recently appointed Berkeley County Community Recovery Services Coordinator are all in favor or a drug treatment facility here in the county and the city.
