Hello active and vocal citizens!

I attended the Renton City Council meeting this past Monday and stated my case for the Black Lives Matter street mural. Please feel free to listen to the meeting here: Renton City Council Meeting 06.15.20

Two council members voiced their active support of the mural, one motioned for it to be voted on but the Mayor decided that was not necessary and that the mural project idea had already been sent to City of Renton Public Works & Community Dev. departments to check on feasibility. I am hopeful that this was not just a way to pass us into the wasteland of bureaucracy and red tape that is the City offices. I'll be following up with them next week.
