During session this morning Senate Bill 475 will be introduced for its first reading. This Bill sponsored by Senator Mac Middleton, and cosponsored with bipartisan support is the companion Bill to House Bill 106. By having this legislation cross fileda it will allow it to pass in a timely manner. The only change we would like to see is the effective date changed from October 1 to July 1.
