Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) organised a massive protest rally against the Citizenship (amendment) bill at Itanagar. Addressing the rally APCC president Takam Sanjoy said that the Citizen Amendment Bill-2016 is a controversial bill and passing this bill, PM Modi wanted protects and make foreigner as citizens of India. PM Modi want to make North East as dumping ground of foreigner, especially Bangladeshi, Sanjoy alleged. We North East people will never accepts this bill we cannot let our State as dumping grounds of foreigner he added.
