Hi everyone, no doubt, most, if not all of the residents who submitted an objection, received an e - mail over the past few days, outlining council's next steps. I spoke with council yesterday and have noted some key points from the conversation. Council:

1. Has not yet decided to request a Planning Panel.
2. Are still reviewing submissions - will take approximately another few weeks.
3. Recommended to e - mail / address any follow - up objections to the council CEO, Celia Haddock.

It was also mentioned that you could include your local councillor in any correspondence. However, they have to abstain from making any comments or provide advice, that is the role of the Strategic Planning team.

Finally, please compare your original submission and the version council has published online and redacted. In our personal case, I believe, some of the redacted statements decontextualize our situation.
