What The Frack Manitoba has just concluded a mass mail out of 8,500 brochures in Southeastern Manitoba. The brochure is designed to provide much needed information on the CanWhite Sands proposed silica sand processing plant and silica sand mining operation to those living in the region and how this proposed development project may affect the aquifer that provides potable drinking water to those living in the region.
