This is a list of providers and individuals under compliance orders and fines follow the link and see if you are involved with these providers or persons in disabilities working there.  Why are there so many?  Why is the NDIS not even protecting special needs children and adult from exploitation and abuse by providers who are meant to be caring for our children - but instead steal their funding or allow them to be neglected and abused - the NDIS is culpable for its lack of care and protection of the vulnerable since our government has signed a human rights charter to look after those with disabilities those who are so vulnerable yet fail to follow it through.

It is usually workers that cause abuse or negligence but provider is liable and will be fined for that if can be proven. Workers can have criminal charges filed against them however both individuals and providers are on banned list and compliance lists.
We still need CCTV cameras for criminal charges to be made by police against those who abuse or assault our children and adult children in disabilities otherwise the reporting will not see them caught without that evidence
