I recorded a video 10 days after my experience of being in a Civil Court in a verbal hearing for "Precarious Eviction" in Cartagena Murcia, Spain. 

I explain my situation and the experience of another woman in the same region.
We received the same legal advice based on our circumstances. 
The only difference was that I was given legal advice to file a Gender Violence complaint. Which was dismissed by the Judge 6 months after the initial complaint.

Many women end up involved in legal conflicts that they never wanted. 

The Justice system is failing women.

In most situations, post-separation couples can communicate and discuss things amicably. It can not work if where there has been any form of domestic abuse or coercive controlling behaviours. Abuse is power and control over the victim. 

My legal advice of "Negotiate" without any form of legal representation was never going to work.  This is why there has to be a mandate for legal negotiations and mediation where the two parties have legal representation before any court litigations. 

A cheaper and less stressful way forward. No lengthy court cases and delays. No huge costs involved. Plus a reasonable deadline to come to a resolution and a win-win solution that works.
