I am aware that Boris has had a couple of setbacks with regard to his Brexit plans. But if he survives it he will be one of the few Prime Ministers that has owned a dog. He and his partner Carrie Symonds. who have recently rescued a young Jack Russell cross called Dilyn, which is Welsh for 'follow', in a tribute to the part of the UK where he was born.

Therefore a petition like this will get a more favourable response from a dog-lover. That is especially the case if we get to 250.000 which is my target to reach before I write to Boris and Environment Minister Theresa Villiers. Please help me get there. by sharing this petition far and wide.
