I'll be the same thing I have been - Honest

I requested a refund for this game before this petition even hit 500 signatures. Responses from the development team, CEO, and more have all but ensured us that offline isn't going to happen. The game's population has dwindled to nearly nothing compared to what it's initial counts were, and the game still has several development issues atop all the server issues that it was plagued with on launch.
This company doesn't deserve anyone's money, time, attention, or anything else. They need to drop off the face of the earth faster than the original Sonic (the movie) visual effects team before he got remastered.
I wish you all the best, and hope that you've all found something you enjoy; but I've moved on, no longer care about this petition, game, or studio, and have no intention of playing it / buying it again.
To those that are stuck with your purchases - I'm sorry, I feel terrible for you, and I'm sure some of you couldn't really afford this loss; but if it's taught us anything it's that we need to start waiting on reviews, and stop pre-purchasing, pre-ordering, and buying into things early. Quality just doesn't exist anymore in the game development world unless it's an indy studio trying to make a name for themselves, or the VERY few of us (game developers, yes, I'm one) that actually give two shits about our product, and REFUSE to sway from our intentions (Like Chris Roberts) and make our games how we want.
